The club was founded with 17 members and work began on
laying a 6-rink green |

A pavilion was donated to the Club in 1976, and bowling
began. The 'Susan Glass Memorial Pavilion' added in 1978

The hurricane of 1987 completely destroyed the original
pavilion, leaving only the 'Susan Glass Memorial
Pavilion' |

The Club, through donations, grants and hard work of its
members, purchased the current 'Susan Glass Memorial Pavilion',
which was made ready for the 1989 season |

An extension was added, increasing the size of the changing
rooms and allowing for bar facilities |
